Chioggia beets have become local market favorites for their distinctive candy-striped interior zoning and sweet, mild flavor. This refined strain produces beautiful, consistently round, flattened roots with the classic pink-and-white bulls eye interior. The flesh is firm but not fibrous, and the glossy, bright green leaves are firmly attached. Improved uniformity means you'll harvest more marketable roots. Approx 300 seeds
