Mardi Organic Cauliflower Seeds

Mardi is one of the best organic cauliflower varieties in our trials and around the country. The uniform heads produce beautiful white curds and the plants vigorous upright habit is bred to self-wrap for protection. It has an amazingly sweet and nutty fl avor, and is adapted to a wide range of seasons and climates.
