This parthenocarpic mini Beit-Alpha variety is perfect for snacking at 3-3.5 inches long. Plants are extremely productive, setting 2-5 uniform fruit per node, and perform especially well in protected culture. Pick small for crisp shiny fruit with excellent appearance and flavor.
