Thunderhead is an excellent fresh market cabbage with its compact, dense head and uniform frame and head size. The 3-5 lb. heads have an attractive dark blue-green color, solid interiors and short cores. Intermediate resistance to black rot, resistance to Fusarium yellows and tolerance to tip-burn.
