Traviata Organic Eggplant Seeds

This outstanding organic eggplant offers high yields of uniform, traditional teardrop-shaped fruit. The large, glossy, dark purple-black fruit are extremely consistent for size and shape, and the strong plant offers ample foliage cover. The firm flesh is good for slicing, and when roasted it becomes smooth, mild, and pleasant. Traviata was the highest yielder in our organic trial plot, maturing early and producing continuously throughout the season. Excels in both field and high tunnel production.
