Distinctive White Russian kale offers classic Red Russian leaf shape with refined white veins. Leaves are broad, dark green, and moderately serrated at the edges. White Russian's rich kale flavor sweetens after frost, and leaves are tender whether cut at baby stage or harvested for mature bunches. The vigorous, upright habit is excellent for multiple harvests.
